EZezine Quick Start Guide

Step 1

Create an EZezine account here.

Step 2

Upgrade your account if you would like to have access to EZezine's advanced features such as customization of subscription pages, enhanced statistics, image archiving, and more. See our full features list here. You will find an upgrade link in the top right of your control panel.

Step 3

Configure the settings for your ezine. In your control panel, you will see a section called 'preferences' on the left; click ezine options. You will be taken to a screen that will allow you to configure several options for your ezine. Note that not all options are available at all levels of membership.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4

Create a subscription form and place on your website. In your control panel, you will see a section called 'tools' on the left; click subscriber form. You will be taken to a screen that will allow you to create a custom subscription form to place on your website. If you do not have a website, EZezine provides you with a 'public page' with a built-in subscription form. Please see the User's Manual for more information on this feature.

 

Step 5

Tell the world about your ezine! Begin promoting your ezine by referring to it in your signature lines of emails, telling colleagues, clients and friends, submitting your ezine articles to article banks, and more. There are many ways to promote your ezine! Get creative.

 

 

 

Step 6

Begin publishing. There are many ways to publish your ezine at EZezine.com. You can compose in text or HTML, you can send immediately, or schedule for later. You can even send to specified segments of your list (note: this feature may not be available at all levels of membership.) You can create RSS feeds, or even sequential auto-responders to deliver messages such as e-classes, or other installment oriented messages. Please refer to our User's Manual for more specific details.

Help is always a click away.

From any page in your control panel you can always click the help link on the top right and get help specific to the function you are working in. If you need more assistance, our friendly support staff will be glad to assist you. Just open a support ticket. You'll find the link to do this on the bottom of every page of your control panel.
